区域小微企业群体大规模客户化制造系统模块化组建研究

为提升组建效率,降低组建难度与成本,在分析区域小微企业及其群体特点的基础上,提出由小微企业构建产品制造模块,通过模块的组合,形成大规模客户化制造系统的模块化组建方法.同时,结合对产品制造模块及其构建方式,以及模块选择主要影响因素的分析,研究了基于模块选择系数的制造模块选择策略,为制造系统的模块化组建提供了必要条件.     

文化创意企业视角的长三角城市网络演变特征

运用社会网络与位序-规模法分析长江三角洲地区16市上市类文化创意企业的母-子公司数据信息, 揭示文化创意企业集聚视角长三角城市网络结构及其演变特征. 研究发现: (1) 2005~2015年, 长三角地区文化创意企业上市公司总部数量逐年增加, 公司总部多设立于上海、杭州、苏州以及南京4地; (2)传媒类和软件及计算机类企业多分布于传统区域, 设计咨询类企业生产网络中, 存在传统非核心城市跃升为区域核心城市的现象; (3)上市公司生产网络结构逐渐复杂, 多中心及新核心相继出现, 且生产网络中城市位序有变动趋势, 文化创意产业空间动态正形塑城市体系结构. 为此, 建议长三角文化创意企业发展中应加强企业母子间的联系强度, 促进城市创意流动网络化, 有望推进长三角创意源-流形塑创意城市群新体系.     

Tutorial review on validation of liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry methods: Part I

This is the part I of a tutorial review intending to give an overview of the state of the art of method validation in liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC–MS) and discuss specific issues that arise with MS (and MS/MS) detection in LC (as opposed to the “conventional” detectors). The Part I briefly introduces the principles of operation of LC–MS (emphasizing the aspects important from the validation point of view, in particular the ionization process and ionization suppression/enhancement); reviews the main validation guideline documents and discusses in detail the following performance parameters: selectivity/specificity/identity, ruggedness/robustness, limit of detection, limit of quantification, decision limit and detection capability. With every method performance characteristic its essence and terminology are addressed, the current status of treating it is reviewed and recommendations are given, how to determine it, specifically in the case of LC–MS methods.     

Soft microswimmers: Material capabilities and biomedical applications

In the last decades, microrobotics has attracted much attention of researchers due to the unique characteristics of shapes, propulsion mechanisms, and potential applications in the biomedical field. Recently, the research of microrobots has shifted to soft microrobots owing to their softness, elasticity and reconfigurability benefiting to interact with the complex channels in the human body compared to their rigid counterparts. There is significant progress on soft microswimmers and that encourages us to review this field timely to promote the development. In this review, we mainly highlight the progress of the soft microswimmers in recent years. The materials with softness, deformability and shape-morphing characteristics are surveyed as well as biocompatibility, followed by standard fabrication methods. Additionally, the locomotion based on self-propelled and external-field-driven mechanisms has been compared and discussed. Finally, the biomedical applications in imaging, targeted drug delivery and therapy, and microsurgery are highlighted followed by addressing the perspectives.     

双酚F分子印迹聚合物的制备及其对水相中双酚F吸附性能的研究

以双酚F(4,4′-BPF)为模板分子,α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,采用沉淀聚合法合成4,4′-BPF分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)。运用傅里叶红外(FT-IR)光谱对产物的结构进行表征,并对其吸附等温线、吸附动力学、吸附热力学及选择性识别性能进行研究。结果表明:MIPs对水相中4,4′-BPF具有特异性吸附,最大吸附容量为82.8 mg/g;Freundlich模型拟合吸附等温线的相关系数R2=0.995;热力学参数ΔG、ΔS、ΔH均小于0,表明此吸附过程是自发进行的、熵减的、放热的。     

模糊AHP在电网企业员工岗前培训评估中的应用

电网企业技术密集、人员众多、架构庞大,员工岗前培训与企业健康持续发展密不可分.培训工作中最突出的问题在于对培训效果缺乏合理的评估,从而无法了解企业投资的效果,以及培训对组织的贡献.以柯氏培训四级评估模型为基础,采用模糊AHP规范化整个评估过程.最后以电力企业进行的培训项目为例验证分析,证明所提算法的有效性.     

基于区间直觉模糊不确定语言的中小企业电子商务网站建设决策方法研究

阐述中小企业在整个国民经济中的重要地位,指出电子商务对于中小企业具有天然的适应性和可行的推广性.揭示研究对象中蕴含着广泛的模糊性,应用区间直觉模糊不确定语言的必要性.介绍区间直觉模糊不确定语言的基本概念、基本运算、算术平均和加权平均、距离、期望函数、精度函数、期望函数值、精度函数值以及对象比较方法等内容.提出区间直觉模糊不确定语言决策步骤:设定方案集、指标集、专家集,确定评判矩阵,确定指标权重,计算加权平均,计算期望函数、精度函数,期望函数值、精度函数值,进行排序.以盛东商贸有限公司电子商务网站设计方案测评为例,碍出方案3优于方案2优于方案5优于方案1优于方案4的结论.     

带有时滞的非定常企业投资系统的Lyapunov稳定性

讨论了企业投资系统的Lyapunov稳定性,得到了企业投资系统渐进稳定的充分条件和稳定的必要条件,并给出了企业投资系统的临界积累率的表达式,这个问题的研究对于促进我国经济高速、稳定持续增长具有重要的理论意义和现实指导价值.     

基于模糊博弈视角的企业联盟“双循环”合作对策研究

企业合作在“双循环”新发展格局下呈现出更多的模糊特征,能否形成稳定的模糊合作格局及持续合作的收益再分配策略成为合作联盟的关注点。将广义模糊超量博弈和模糊凸博弈及其广义解集应用到“双循环”新发展格局下企业联盟合作与收益再分配中,提出最大广义模糊超量博弈模型及其广义模糊谈判集,并基于最大广义模糊超量博弈均衡性的视角,对模糊凸博弈下广义模糊谈判集与核心的等价性质进行论证。研究结果不仅满足了“双循环”新发展格局下合作企业以部分资源参与合作的意愿,及企业联盟模糊凸合作博弈下再分配方案等价性证明需求,而且实现了保留部分收益用于联盟再发展的策略。     

Maneuver analysis methodology to predict vehicle impacts on training lands

Tactical mobility analysis techniques were merged with land management strategies to assess potential impacts of vehicle operations on training areas for rangeland planning and management. A vehicle mobility analysis was performed for a suite of vehicle types using the NATO Reference Mobility Model (NRMM II). Input parameters include terrain information (soil type, slope, vegetation, surface roughness, soil strength), terrain surface condition based on climate (terrain strength, freeze–thaw, moisture content, snow cover), and vehicle specifications (tire, power train, weight on each axle, ground clearance, dimensions, ride). The vehicle performance was spatially mapped over the terrain for different seasons of the year and used to calculate the maneuverable acreage, which was compared to acreage needed for training requirements. This can be related to land capability based on expected training impact (Maneuver Impact Miles, MIM) and Land Condition Curves which link training density to land condition. This methodology can be used to determine the suitability of training lands and the degree of land management or rehabilitation expected. The methodology was applied to the transformation of the Alaska training lands to support a new brigade unit called the Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT3), but is equally useful for other training areas and military units. For summer use, Alaska training lands are capable of supporting four times the projected training requirements. For winter, when the ground is frozen, more than 10 times the area needed was available.
